With offices in California, Oregon, Arizona, Missouri, and London, Heffernan offers commercial insurance, personal insurance, employee benefits, financial and retirement services to a wide range of businesses and individuals.
Heffernan values a culture dedicated to serving its clients’ needs by protecting their valuable assets and assisting in making smart decisions for their business or family.
Heffernan was looking for a technological partner to develop an agency management system to increase the company’s customer base and grab new business opportunities.
They required this web portal to gather and manage information of prospective clients and contact them for better assistance. Security and stability played an important role in this project.
After understanding the client’s requirements and carrying out in-depth research, we developed the following solution:
Proper planning and research were carried out to assess and evaluate the application’s required functionalities and architecture
The application was integrated with features to manage data of the client’s profile created through Heffernan's active directory
Other features such as X-date opportunities (closed-won and lost won), lead generation module, employee benefits, general liability, and prospects (a potential new customer who can be approached for buying an insurance policy) were implemented in the application
Email campaign model was created within the application to send out thousands of emails to different clients regarding ongoing offers and discounts
The application allowed data entry of employees’ or clients’ contacts in the database through spreadsheets
With the help of Jellyfish Technologies, Heffernan launched their agency management system with features that made data management, profile management, and clients’ reach out easy and quick. It helped them expand their business and increase their client base.
