Business Requirements

RedQuanta was looking for a development partner to automate its online survey platform. This platform was used by their customers to manage their mystery audits, collect feedback from mystery shoppers, validate the feedback, and generate client reports.

Automating the platform would help the company avoid manual tasks such as setting mystery audit questionnaires for clients, assigning feedback of shoppers to reviewers, and allocating mystery shopping assignments to shoppers.
