This firm was established with a motto to empower business owners in making their biggest professional decisions from starting their enterprise to stepping away from it.
Over the last ten years, they have helped over 600 business owners in maximizing the value of their businesses and achieve a successful exit.
The company was looking for a development partner to develop a business management tool for helping business owners deal with unmanaged risks and identify potential threats to their sellability.
Their main motive was to help businesses that suffered during Covid-19 by analyzing their businesses from a buyer’s perspective, identifying gaps that may prevent them from maximizing their return, and offering a successful exit plan.
After understanding the client’s requirements, we developed the following solution:
Proper planning and research were carried out to assess and evaluate the web application’s required functionalities and architecture
A single-page application (AKA Business Valuation) was developed to access businesses and outline the best way to address key issues including tax planning, risk management, business succession, and exit readiness
The application’s backend database was built using SQL Server for storing users’ information and other details of the application
The application’s UI was developed using Blazor UI to offer a better look and feel, mobile responsiveness, screen adaptability, and better optimization.
